The prliminary pathology report comes back as Ductile Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS).  While this is a little scary, it's not so bad.  If you have to have a cancer, DCIS is a good one - non-invasive and easy to treat.  We have a great family Christmas, blissfully unaware of the malestrom about to strike.

The pathology report is back with a mysterious message of "favors cancer".  Dr Hahm immediately removes the lump under local anesthesia and sends it off for pathology.

Dr Kuriatis tries to drain the cyst but it won't drain.  The small amount of fluid aspirated is sent of for pathology.

Leslie finds a lump in her breast under her left arm.  It's small, smooth, close to the surface, and un-attached.  On ultrasound it looks like a cyst, these are all good signs and we're not worried.
