Good Saturday morning!  Here is a picture of my sweet little Tyler at three months old.  Every month we take a picture of him sitting on the fireplace with a birthday cupcake.  He is really one happy and content baby.  I can't believe how much he changes from one month to the next.  But I can tell you that he gets more fun everyday.  He gets kisses all day long on those marshmallow cheeks of his too.

So what is everyone up to this weekend??  What ever it is have fun doing it!! 

Thanks everyone for more great ideas for project HOPE.  We have more and more people everyday wanting to help.  Mike and I just want to say "thank you!"  We are working on little things daily and will let you know what the plan is going to be as soon as we get it figured out.  It is going to take some time on mine and Mikes part......but hope to have it become a reality in the next few months.  We will keep you posted.  Thanks for praying!!!

I have heard from several people that they sent out cards this week.  THANK YOU!!!  I know the recipients of those cards appreciated that so much!  It is still not too late to do it.  If you are out and about today.....pick a card up and send it out.

Good morning!!  It's Friday!!  It is also my friend Caroline Jaime's birthday.  Tyler wants to wish you a very "Happy Birthday" too!!  Have a fun day Caroline!

Yesterday was also Tyler's 3 month old birthday!!  I will post a picture of him tomorrow.  Like you all don't already know what he looks like but you haven't seen a picture of him as a three month old yet.....hee....hee.  Proud Nanie here!!  Nanie bought him some new books this week and I have been reading them to him since.  He sits in the rocking chair with me and just looks at everything.  We seriously did this for an hour one day and he was so content.  We all want to give Tyler a love of reading.
The ideas for project HOPE are flowing in!!  The people that want to help are many!  Thank you everyone!  If you are still thinking about wanting to help at sometime....just jump in whenever you can.  We are seriously going to make this easy for everyone.  It is just a matter of time before we put all the ideas together and get a plan started.  Will fill you all in on more details later.  Thanks again for praying!  This is very exciting!

Good morning!!  I want to thank you all for the awesome response to the HOPE project!  Not only from the comments here but the phone calls and e-mails that we received too!  I feel like God can really use this to help others have HOPE to hold onto.  Terrie O......A lot of your ideas are ideas that I have had in my head too!  Can't wait to get everyone's ideas together so we can come up with a major plan.  I just want everyone to know that you don't have to live by me to be involved.  This is seriously going to be simple and not time consuming.  We all know someone in our lives that could use a little or a lot of HOPE.  We just need to find a way to get it to them and let them know that someone out there is thinking and praying for them and that they are not alone.  So really how you can be involved is as simple as knowing someone who needs HOPE and getting their address to us and we can take it from there.  I will let you know when we are ready for that.  Lots to plan first.  You could also be a prayer warrior for the project too.

Mike and I are just so happy to get the ball rolling on this.  Thank you for praying for us and please continue to pray for not only us but for the whole HOPE project to be blessed.  Pray for everyone that wants to help and be involved.  Pray for those people that could really use a little HOPE in their lives right now that we don't even know about yet but am confidant we will as soon as we start.

I will have more and more details as time goes on.  Amy Bonillas' story is very inspiring and you can get a glimpse of it in yesterdays comments.  Oh she has more to this story and I am so inspired by it all!    I also have a story on how I got HOPE from Amy and how it was passed on from me to another person that needed it.

Good morning!!!  Here are Tyler's belated "Happy Birthday" wishes to my Aunt Maryann and my cousin Bev!  Hope you girls had a great day yesterday!  Tyler's latest thing is to roll on to his side.  It won't be long before he rolls all the way over.

Wow!!  What a great response to sending out a card to someone! (If you didn't see my challenge....look at yesterday's post)  Great stories!  My friend Christie Ellis even started a card giving campaign to send several cards to a woman who is going through a super tough time right now with chemo.  I love this!!!  Pure JOY goes not only to the receiver of the card but to the giver too!  Keep the stories coming!  Let's get people encouraged and supported and to feel loved!

I am sending out a prayer request for Mike and I.  We need wisdom and guidance on starting a new project that we want to call HOPE. (Helping Other People Endure)  He and I have lots of ideas and we want your input and help.  It is something super easy too!  Wouldn't really take up much time. REALLY!  He and I don't have much extra time either.  We are both super excited about it!  If you have any questions let us know.  This idea was totally inspired from my friend Amy.  Will never forget that day either Amy.

Good morning!  I want to wish my cousin Bev a very "Happy Birthday" today!!  I have a picture of Tyler wishing you a Happy Birthday too but am having trouble posting it this morning.  Will try to get it put up later today or tomorrow.  I also want to wish a very belated "Happy Birthday" to my sweet Aunt Maryann!!  For some reason Aunt Maryann, I thought your birthday was at the end of January.  When I asked my mom she said it was on the 12th!!  YIKES!!  I am really late!  I also have a picture of Tyler wishing you a Happy Birthday too!  Anyways I hope you both have a great "Birth Month"!!  :)

I have an update to my sister-in-law Lori.  They are waiting for her to have an MRI just to make sure that it hasn't spread any where else.  If not, I believe she will have a lumpectomy and six weeks of radiation.  That could all change but that is the latest for right now.  Thanks for keeping her and my brother John in your prayers.

I have had a lot of serious prayer requests lately.  There are so many things going on right now with so many people.  I think that we all need to take the time to send a card to someone who could use encouragement.  So next time you are at Wal-mart, Target or grocery store......pick up a card or two and send it to someone who just needs to know that you are thinking about them and praying for them.  It will really make their day!  EVERYONE needs to know that there is someone out there that cares and loves them!  God uses us to do that for Him.  Sooooooo my challege is for you to buy at least TWO cards and send them out by Saturday!  Thanks everyone!!  I know the blessings will be sweet!
