Good Friday morning!!  It is the start of another 3 day weekend for me.  I am going to have a Tyler day today!  He makes this Nani's heart so happy!  I went to a surprise baby shower for Susana Vallarta, a co-worker of mine yesterday.  She is having a baby girl next month.  We had a ton of fun and laughed a lot.  Buying for a little girl is always so much fun.  Susana received the cutest things.  Thanks Christina Santos for opening your home.  You have the gift of being a great hostess.

There are a top 13 contestants now in American Idol.  My favorites are still in!  Now let the real competition begin!

Prayer requests: Please keep the Wiggins family in your prayers for comfort.  Rick's mom passed away yesterday.   Also for some friends who have a lot of stress going on in their life right now.  Please pray that the situations they have to face will get much better soon.  Also for a friends little boy who has been very sick with a high fever and asthma.  Pray the meds start working soon and he recovers quickly.

Good Thursday morning!!  Woohoo!!  I get another three day weekend starting tomorrow.  All of the schools in Imperial are out of school tomorrow because the first day of the fair is starting.  I am super spoiled by having had 3 four day work weeks in a row.  This will be it until spring break in April.  So since I am off tomorrow I will have Tyler with me.  Looking forward to that!  The birth month is continuing with fun and surprises each day.  Thanks everyone!

So what did everyone think about the girls competition on American Idol last night?  I was way more impressed with the guys on Tuesday night.  I only liked about 4 girls.  The one that impressed me the most was Pia at the end.  I liked her even before the judges gave her a standing ovation.  I am so ready to see the results tonight.

Here is a picture of part of the tree that Pioneers Hospital planted in November in honor of our beloved Bryan.  It is a flowering pear tree that just started blossoming.  Jenna just took this picture for me.  It is one of the best things to happen for my birth month.  So beautiful!  It is awesome to see something so often and think of our Bryan. We miss him very much.  And yes.....the sky is a gorgeous blue.

I am heading to a surprise party this afternoon/evening.  Will tell you all about it tomorrow.
Prayer requests:  Continued prayer for a couple of people who have asked to be healed of their depression.  That they will feel joy in their lives again and that the circumstances that are causing it will get better.
