Good Sunday morning!  I am so blessed by my friends and family who are keeping me busy and taking my mind off of things.  Yesterday I had a great lunch out with family and friends.  Then Denise Rogers picked me up in her jeep and we went for a ride with the top down to let our hair blow in the wind.  It was so much fun!  She took me to get a manicure and a pedicure so that my hands and feet look good for my next treatment.  It was so nice and we laughed and laughed the whole time.  Thanks Denise and thanks to all of my family and friends for keeping me uplifted and encouraged.  Your prayers are working!  I do not feel as anxious and am mentally ready for my next treatment.  I so appreciate you all!

I am off to church.  Have a relaxing Sunday!  This is the day that the Lord has made.  Let us rejoice and be glad in it!

God is my strength and He is good!

Happy Saturday Morning!  Can I just tell you how cool my co-workers, who are all my dear friends are?  They had a party for me last night  at the home of Carla Paramo.  They had bought me a big tree for my deck.....and the tree was decorated with all sorts of different inspirational and encouraging ornaments!  It was the neatest thing.  They all also signed the pot the tree is in.  I absolutely loved it!  We laughed and ate, and laughed and ate some more.  They were so encouraging to me and such cheerleaders for me.  I will never forget that girls!  It was definitely a night to remember.  I am so blessed by you.  Thank you so very much! I really needed that.

Good Morning!  Wow....I slept till 7:00 this morning.  That is really good for me.  I usually can't sleep past 5:00.  I feel so good this morning.  The house painting is almost done.  Mike has some brush work to do and then paint the trim and it is finished!  Should be done today.  We are really happy how it turned out..  Last night my mom and sister-in-law Noni took me out shopping for a while.  It was great to get out.  We had fun.  I am looking forward to seeing and hanging out with friends tonight.  Hope everyone has a fabulous Friday!  What are your weekend plans?

God is Good!

Good Morning!  Mike has the day off this morning and he is already outside painting the house.  He is determined to get it finished.  He also has the next three days off to get things done too.  I will keep you all updated on his progress.  It is really looking good.  I am feeling pretty good and slept well last night.  I will be outside today cheerleading him on in my chair with a tall drink and snacks by my side.  I know.....it's rough......but someone needs to do it!  :)

Thanks Denise Rogers for the chocolate and all the laughs yesterday!  It was a nice break in my day.  Thanks to everyone for continuing to encourage me through your cards, comments, calls, notes and prayers.  I seriously appreciate it all.  You don't even realize how much it helps!

Good Morning!  I had a really good day yesterday!  I felt so much better and had a great appetite.  I ate pretty good.  I  even got out and ran a couple of errands and stopped by my favorite place....the scrapbook store.  For those of you that might not know, I love making scrapbooks and cards.  It is a hobby that I have been doing for years.  So far I am feeling pretty good again this morning.  My goal today is to EAT....6 more days till my next treatment....I can do it!

A big thanks to my friend Shelley Deal for bringing us out a great meal last night and for the wonderful visit!  It was so good to see you!

Please keep me in your prayers for my next treatment.  I always start to get a little anxious the closer it gets.  I am not as ready mentally to go back this time as I was the last time....but I know that I can do it and that it will be okay.  God is my rock.  He will carry me through this.
