Good Saturday morning!  Nothing to report yet.  I didn't hear anything yesterday.  Should be hearing something on Monday.  I do know that I go back in to the hospital on Tuesday for more bloodwork.  I am not giving up hope that my levels will be back into the normal range.

In the meantime I am getting quite a bit of stuff done around the house.  I have been scrapbooking like crazy and am having so much fun doing it.  Looks like it is going to be a nice day today here so I will be spending some time outside too playing with Lola.  I will be so glad though when I can get out and about more.

I am very thankful that God has kept me well and Mike and Jeff too.  My prayer requests are still for strength, not to get sick and that my levels are back in the normal range.  Thank you so much!

Good morning!  It is Friday!  Yay!!  Well my oncologist Dr. McClay and I talked at length yesterday on what we are going to do next.  He is working on it.  He will talk to the Dr. here and if they can't seem to help or work with my Dr. better then we will not be using their facility anymore and I will be doing everything back in San Diego. At least I know what he wants to have done through out my next set of chemo treatments and what needs to be done after.  There is so much more to say....if you want to know just call me and I will tell you.  Hopefully today I will know the plan on boosting my levels.  I am just leaving all the worrying about it to God  because I know it will turn out okay.   Thanks for praying!!

Okay....about American Idol....which I am totally addicted to.  I was happy to see who they booted off this last week.  My number one pick from the start has been Danny, but I also like Alison and Adam.  Kris is pretty good too.   I think Matt should be the next one to go.  It is getting really hard because they are all so talented at this point.  I think Adam may win this whole thing though because he is a little different from the idols they have had in the past and America really seems to like him.  My fav will always be Danny.  Alright Monica.....haven't heard from you yet.  Spill who you like and anyone else who watches.  I am curious who you think will win.

I want to thank everyone for their continued support to me.  This journey has been a long one and seems to keep getting longer.  I am thankful for you all hanging in there with me by praying and all the love, encouragement and support you give me constantly.  I really could not do this with out you.  Can't begin to tell you what a blessing you are to me.

I need a good laugh today......so if you have a funny story to tell please tell it!

Good morning!!  We did talk to both oncologist offices yesterday.  The oncologist here is not going to proceed with me on anything until we speak to my oncologist in San Diego on what we should do next.  Of course my oncologist doesn't work on Wednesdays.  So Dr. McClay's (my oncologist) sweet office staff called and said that they would have him call me today to talk about what the next step will be to get me going on the treatments again.  He will then call the orders to the office down here. The problem is I think Dr. McClay has made things clear to the office down here already.  I won't say anymore...... Mike and I have considered not using the office down here anymore and just going back to San Diego for my treatments.  We will see.  It does get frustrating.  I'll keep you posted.  Keep praying!  Thanks!

I did get out some yesterday.  My sweet daughter had us over for dinner last night and she is again tonight.  Woohoo.....it felt great to be out of my house.  Mike also took me out to run a few small errands too.  I stayed in the car while he went in.  It didn't matter to me.....it was just good to be out.

Thank you all so much for your prayers.  I can feel them.  I do get frustrated at times but I do know that God is in control and is taking care of everything in His time.

Good morning!  If you did not see my update yesterday I have no chemo again this week.  My levels are still too low.  I did not hear from either oncologist's office yesterday but expect to today.  At least the good part of this whole delay is that I feel really good.  I have a ton of energy again!  That's why I wish the levels were up so I can get this chemo finished.  I will just have to keep busy with more projects around the house and of course my scrapbooking.  Please keep praying that my levels will be high enough by next Tuesday.  God has a reason for this long delay.  Don't know what it is but I do know His timing is what is best.

The house project is all done!  Yay!!  So happy that we finally buckled down and did it.  Now I am like what else can we do????  Hmmmmm????    Thanks for coming by yesterday Cheryl for the visit and for bringing me out our favorite drink.  That was fun!

UPDATE:  Well the good Lord must have other plans for me right now.  My levels are still crazy low.  The red and white cell counts stayed the same but the platelets rose some more.  They are now in the 60's.  Were in the 20's. Normal low is 140.  They said they will do chemo if they get into the 90's.  But my white count has to go up too and it is very low.  So no Chemo and I have to stay in my bubble at least another week.  Thanks for your prayers.  Please continue to keep praying.  We are going to try to talk to my oncologist today to see if I need to go in for another booster shot tomorrow.  Will let you know tomorrow what he says.  Yes....I am a little bummed.  I just want to get this chemo done and over with and it is hard to stay at home and not see people.  But this to shall pass.  Love you all!

Good Morning!!  Well today is blood results day.  I go into the hospital around 11:30 for my blood work.  Thank you for praying for my levels to be normal.   I will come back on here this afternoon and let you know how I did and if we are good to go with starting back on my chemo tomorrow.

Mike has the day off today so he is going to finish the little bit of painting that we have left and then we are done.  Can't wait!

Yes Terrie O.........I did get your pics yesterday.  Wow!!!  You and Henryk did a gorgeous job!  I know you guys worked hard.  I want to come by and see it!  If the Dr. lets me out of my bubble I will come soon.
