Good morning!  Guess what????  NO CHEMO FOR TWO WEEKS!!!!!  I took the last of my oral meds last night so I am free today!  Can't tell you what a relief that is.  Now I am  hoping that some of my side effect issues will start to get better.  Tomorrow is my MRI brain scan.  Other then doing that and seeing my Neurosurgeon next Monday I think I am free from everything else for a while.  Yahoo!

Vacation Bible School is starting at our church tonight.  If you have kids from kinder-5th grade that are already bored, bring them tonight.  Guaranteed fun!  I so wish I was working it this year but I just can't.  I will go by and visit a couple of times though.

My beautiful daughter Jenna is now 20 weeks pregnant!  She is half way there!!  She is looking gorgeous and radiant!  Won't be long before I get to hold a new grand son in my arms!  So excited!!!

We went to a very fun graduation party yesterday afternoon.  Thanks to all of my friends who hosted it.  I am so proud of all of the kids!  Thanks Carla and Juan Paramo!!  You guys always throw a great party!!

This morning I woke up and was so thankful for yet another beautiful morning and I wanted to come on here and give everyone of you a great big cyber (((((((((((((((HUG))))))))))))))))))))!!!!  Thanks for the incredible love and support that I constantly receive from all of you!  Thanks for your faithfulness in praying for me. 

We are off to church in a little while and then have a graduation party to go to this afternoon.  I take the last of my oral chemo meds tonight and then I am officially off all chemo starting tomorrow! (For two weeks)  Yay!!  Have a relaxing and fun day! 

Today is another gift and God is so Good!!

Good morning!!  What beautiful mornings we have been having here too.  Love it!  It is so nice to be able to open up the whole house for a while and let the cool air blow through.   Well we never heard from the Drs. office yesterday so that is a good sign.  Means no platelet transfusion for me.  Yay!!  I really didn't want to do that if I didn't have to.  Thanks for keeping me in your prayers for that!  Unless I hear from the Drs. office I won't be having any more blood work done for two weeks.  I do have to start my 10 day of white cell booster shots again on Sunday.  My counts are good now but they want to keep them that way.  The next thing I would like to ask prayer for is my MRI brain scan on Tuesday.  Pray for great results and that it all goes well.

Could you all also keep in your prayers today the Brooke Family for strength and comfort?  They are having the funeral services for their son Brandon today.

Mike and I are doing some chores inside and outside this morning while it is so nice out and then this afternoon just plan on horsing around.  Maybe catch a movie.  Have a terrific day today everyone.  Today is another gift and God is so Good!!!

Good Friday morning!!  Here is a picture of me and one of my co-workers Jessica Silva.  I wanted to show you all how happy and excited I was to be back at the school!  I had a blast!  It was GREAT seeing and playing with the kids and it was even more GREAT to see and visit with the staff!  Makes me want to work even harder to get my treatments done and over with this summer so I can start back the new school year in the fall.  It was wonderful to see you all yesterday at Waggoner!  Love you guys!

I went to the hosptial yesterday afternoon for the blood work.  My levels had only dropped slightly and I never heard from the Dr. yesterday.  It doesn't mean that I won't hear from him today but so far I still don't know if they want me to do the platelet transfusion or not.  I am hoping that since they only dropped slightly that maybe I won't have to do it.  I'll keep you updated on that.

Tonight we have Imperial High School's graduation and a party to go to.  My son-in-law Ryan's sister Julie is graduating, my friend Peggy's son Austin and so many more kids that I know.  Congrats to all of you!

Good morning!  I am very excited to be going to the school today to see all of the kids to say good bye.  Today is the last day of school for the summer.

Then I have to go up to the hospital for my blood work.  If I hear any results today I will come back on here and let you know.  They are going to fax the results to my oncologist and he will decide if I have to have the platelet transfusion.  If I do, it will happen on Friday or Saturday.  Please keep praying for the counts to stay up.  I really don't want to do the transfusion if I don't have to.

Congrats to all of the Frankwright Junior High students that I know that are graduating today!  Also Congrats to Brittney Santos on graduating with her Nursing degree!  We are so very proud of you!!
