Good Monday morning!  How was your weekend?  I pretty much layed low this weekend.  I was still a little weak from the flu last week.  Mike grilled some steaks on Saturday night and we had a nice dinner with our family.  It is awesome having Tyler at the dinner table with us in his highchair seat.  He keeps us entertained.  I have my little buddy back with me again this morning.  I am one happy Nani!

Tyler's latest new thing is blowing raspberries.  We laugh hysterically watching him do it.  Here are some pictures......This one Tyler is just getting started.....

Congrats to the Imperial Little League All-Stars on winning the championship Saturday night!

Prayer requests:  Comfort for my sweet mom and family on the passing of my mom's sister and my Aunt, Pat.  My mom has seven sisters and two brothers and this is the first sibling to have passed.  She is now in God's loving arms and not suffering.  Also, since I had the flu I think the chemestry in my body is all messed up and the neuropathy in my feet is bad right now.  My oncologist said that it would take up to a year for my body to heal from it after my last chemo treatment (unfortunately one of the ugly side effects) if at all.  Well a year is going to be in August and seriously most of the time it is tolerable and if I have to live with it the rest of my life I can deal with that.  But it doesn't hurt to pray for total healing right?  Thanks everyone.

2 Timothy 3 verses 16 & 17:  The whole Bible was given to us by inspiration from God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives; it straightens us out and helps us do what is right.  It is God's way of making us well prepared at every point, fully equipped to do good to everyone.

Saturday night prayer request for all the prayer warriors........Little Ethan Cosio is sick with bronchitis.  He is on breathing treatments.  Please pray that he starts to feel better soon and has a speedy recovery.  It is so scary when our little ones are so sick.  Please keep Ethan's parents, Ernie and Gina in your prayers too.  Thanks everyone!  We love you Ethan!

Good Saturday morning!!  How is everyone doing?  We had such a good time at Randi and Shawn's wedding yesterday. They had a very nice wedding and reception. Here is a picture of the beautiful bride Randi, me, Jessica and Lisa.  We are all not only friends but co-workers too.  It was also so good to see and visit with you too Becky G.!!

Guess who I got to see last night??  Ooooohhhhhhh yes......Tyler!! I had missed him very much.  Poppi and Nani got to spoil him for a couple of hours while Jenna and Ryan went to dinner for their anniversary.  He was so happy to see us too.  Took some hysterical pictures of him last night that I will share with you all next week.

PRAISE........the young person that we prayed for yesterday that had all his annual scan tests due?  Well they came back clean!!  Praise God!!  What a wonderful Lord we have who listens to our prayers and answers!

Prayer request:  From a woman whose life is in an extremely bad situation.  Lots of stress and losing control of things.  Please keep her in our prayers to get the right help and strength for the family to get through this. 

Philippians 1 verses 2, 3 & 4:  May God bless you all.  Yes, I pray that God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ will give each of you his fullest blessings, and his peace in your hearts and your lives.  All my prayers for you are full of praise to God!  When I pray for you my heart is full of joy.

Good Friday morning!  I am feeling sooooooo much better now!  Again I want to thank you all very much for praying for Mike and I.  I am finally starting to eat again but am taking it slow and bland.  My cold seems to be getting a ton better too.  I still sound terrible but feeling better.  It seems that I caught two different strains of the flu.....lucky me.  :(   But on a most positive note.....my foot is doing great since I have been off of it all week.

This is a big day for a lot of people.  First off I want to wish a very "Happy Anniversary" to my precious daughter Jenna and son-in-law Ryan!!  They are celebrating 5 years of marriage today.  I can't believe that it has been 5 years already!  May God continue to pour His blessings on your marriage and family.  Here is a picture from the BIG day 5 years ago.....

I want to also wish my awesome nephew Chris a very "Happy Birthday" today!  Have a super fun day Chris!!

My friend Randi Stilwell is tying the knot today with her fiancée Shawn Ryan.  I am so thankful that I am feeling much better today and that Mike and I will be able to attend your wedding.  You are going to be a beautiful bride!  May God bless you with many happy years of marriage!

Prayer request:  Teresa, who had a different kind of chemo treatment and is very sick from it.  Also for someone who is getting his yearly scan today.  That all the tests will go well, peace while they are waiting on results and that they hear nothing but great news.  Isn't it such an awesome priviledge to be able to pray for each other?

My question for the day is......when is your wedding anniversary??  How many years have you been married?  Mine and Mike's is August 7th and this year we will be celebrating 28 years of marriage.

Good Thursday morning!  Thank you all for continuing to pray for us.  Mike is doing better and I feel like I am finally on the road to recovery.  I was still pretty much down for the count yesterday but am hoping today will be better.  This flu virus has been kicking my booty.

Another BIG earthquake yesterday......when will they stop???

I wanted to share with you all that on Tuesday I received a beautiful scrapbook from my Angel Linda and her daughter Samantha from their trip to Philly and the Jeopardy finals.  I was so surprised and thrilled to receive it!  The timing could not of been better.  I am bored just laying around trying to recover and this was such a wonderful thing to get and read through.  They also sent me articles that Sami has written up about the trip.  What an unexpected treasure from you both.  I love it!  You girls can scrapbook a trip fast!  Thank you!

Here is a sweet picture of my precious grandbaby.  My heart hurts because I haven't been able to see him, hold him and kiss him all over.  Just wait till I get well......he will be drowning in kisses!  :)
