Good Saturday morning!!  My weekend is going to be super busy.  I have family coming for a visit.  We are going to spend a girlie day and shop for things for Jenna's house and for her birthday that is coming up next week.  Jenna and I also have a bridal shower to attend today for Christina Lyon.  Tomorrow will be spending the day with family and watching football.  CO CHARGERS!!  Of course throughout all of this good food will be involved!  You have to have BBQ while watching football!

I want to wish a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Alexa Olstowski and Jake Willis who are getting married today in Texas!  God bless your wonderful future together!

My accupuncture appointment went good on Thursday.  I will know when my appointment for the PET scan is on Monday.  Thank you for your continuous prayers!  Have a super weekend!  God is Good!

Uuggghhh!  I am home sick today.  I got an infection in my body yesterday and went to the Dr. and got some meds.  Now I had an allergic reaction to one of them and I feel lousy.  I am planning on staying down for the day and resting and drinking lots of water.  I hate to miss work but had no choice this time.  Hoping to be back tomorrow.

I hope you are all having a great day!  Could you please keep my chemo angel Linda in your prayers?  She is going to have a tough week this week and could really use your prayers.  She is one terrific lady!

Hey everyone!  How was your weekend?  Mine was great!  I went to a baby shower on Saturday for Tommy and Rachel Dale's new baby girl Kara.  She is so cute!  She was so good too.  Little Kara received some really beautiful things and we all had a great time.

My hubby then took me out to dinner for Italian food with Jenna and Ryan and some good friends of ours.  I left stuffed!  We laughed and had a super time.

Church was great this morning.  The only bummer for the day is that my San Diego Chargers lost.  Oh well....it's not the end of the world.  I have also been busy working on my scrapbooking.  I just love it.  Totally is relaxing for me and I love all of the family and friend memories that I make.  I LOVE taking pictures and this is such a great way to display them.  It is an awesome thing to pass down to your kids and grandkids too.

Before I go I am asking for prayers for a family right now who is barely hanging on by a thread.  They are going through such a rough time right now......really rough.  Thanks so much and I will keep you updated on them too.

Good evening everyone!  Happy to report that the acupuncture is going really well.  I am feeling some relief!  I am scheduled to do it for 10 weeks.  I will see my oncologist again for another full check-up sometime in the first week of November.  We will talk about  how the acupuncture is doing then and see if he wants me to do it for longer.  Thanks you tons for all of your prayers for complete healing for me.

I have a big favor to ask.  I would like to ask if you could pray for 3 more people right now.  One is Mike's Aunt Betty whose health is not very good right now.  What a wonderful and sweet lady she is and she just loves the Lord and her family.  Another one is for a friend who is having such a hard time right now with life in general.  It is a struggle each day for this person to get out of bed and face the day.  He could really use uplifting prayers right now and prayers for hope.  The last one is for a lady named Theresa who prayed for me faithfully during my illness and now needs your prayers.  It is health related too.  I will keep you all posted.

Please know that when I say that I will pray for you....I am praying!  Faithfully!  If anyone has a prayer request please let me know.  I will pray!
