Good Wednesday morning!!  I am up and ready to hit it again today!  What a warm welcome back to work I had yesterday.  I walked into the teachers lounge and there was a huge "Welcome Back" sign where everyone had written me a little note on, a dozen beautiful roses, donuts (my favorite) and other breakfast food.  A lot of the staff was there and I was so surprised and felt so much love.  Thank you to all the Waggoner staff for that.  Wow.......what a great way to start my school year off!  I still haven't gotten down from cloud nine yet!

But that's not all.....when I got to my car after work my hubby Mike surprised me with my back window painted with "I love you" on it, a red rose balloon floating from the car trunk and a bouquet of flowers sitting in the drivers seat.  Another awesome surprise!  He is just the sweetest, most loving and thoughtful hubby!  I love him so much!

One of the best parts of yesterday though was all of the hugs from co-workers, kids and their parents.  We have such a great community of people living in Imperial.  Thank you to everyone who called last night to check on my first day back.

Thank you again for the many prayers you have prayed for me.  This has been quite a journey and I know that God has great things ahead for all of us.  So many great things and miracles have already happened.

UPDATE:  Today was FANTABULOUS!!!  I feel good.  My legs and feet were a little tired at the end of the day but other then that I was great!  It was so AWESOME seeing all of my co-workers and the kids today. I was so warmly welcomed back!   Will tell you  more about today in tomorrows blog.  Thank you so much for not only praying for me but for others as well.  What an awesome family we all are!  Have a good evening!

Good morning!!  I have to make it short this morning because I am going back to work today!!!!  I am sure that I will be one tired lady by the end of the day, but that is okay!  I am ready!  I will let you know how my day went this afternoon.

Will you please lift  these people up in your prayers for me?  Please pray for Terrie Olstowski's daughter Alexa Willis and her husband Jake.  They lost their little baby boy Colton (she was 4 months pregnant) yesterday.  Please pray for comfort and peace for the whole family. 

My chemo angel Linda is angeling a woman right now that has breast cancer.  While this lady Becky and her husband were sitting in church Sunday with their two kids, their house caught on fire and burned to the ground.  They have nothing left.  They could really use our prayers for strength.

I also have another friend who is having surgery tomorrow.  Please pray that everything goes smooth and that she will recover quickly.

My last request is that my aunt Evelyn will quickly sell her house in Colorado.  Her hubby and son live in Alabama and she is still in Colorado trying to sell a house in this tough market.  She would love to be back home with her family.

4:00 UPDATE.......I GOT RELEASED BACK TO WORK!!  I start tomorrow morning!  Yippee!!  Dr. McClay said that my levels look good but I am anemic.  I am going to get shots to help that.  Other then that he had no problem with me starting work.  Thank you for your prayers!  I am so jazzed!  Have a great evening!

Good Monday morning!!  How was everyone's weekend?  I have some more pictures from our busy fun weekend.  This is Jenna at the surprise baby shower that her department hosted for her Friday in the hospital cafeteria.  In case you didn't know Jenna is the Registered Dietician for Pioneers Hospital.  She was so surprised!  Thank you to Freida and everyone who hosted it.  We had a great time!

These are pictures from the third and final baby shower at my sister-in-law Mary's house on Saturday. These beautiful ladies are Monica, Jenna and Cheryl Hargrove.  Jenna is judging how well everyone drew babies on a paper plate on their heads.  So funny!  Noni won.

I love this picture!!  These two beautiful ladies are Jenna's first grade teacher Christina Santos and Jenna's kindergarten teacher Edna Clary.  They are awesome teachers, dear friends and we love them!

Jenna and her Boy - Oh - Boy - Oh - Boy cake!  Made by Jerry Armstrong, my sister-in-law Mary, my niece Kayanna and my nephew Cyrus.  It was delicious!  Isn't it cute?

This is my dear sweet friend Lisa Alloway's beautiful daughter Tanya Iten.  She is also pregnant with a boy and due in the beginning of January.  I have 4 close friends right now whose daughters are all having boys.

This diaper cake was made by our dear sweet friends Jessica Silva and Randi Stilwell.  It is totally made with diapers and baby things.  You girls did a great job!  So beautiful!  Jenna doesn't want to take it apart!  Thank you so much for making it!

I took a million pictures but here are a few.  Thanks for indulging me.  Can you tell what an excited Nanie I am??  I can't begin to thank everyone for the love and generosity for Jenna, Ryan and Tyler.  We are so blessed and Jenna received just about everything she needs for Tyler to get here.  I believe she is just about ready.

Good morning!!  How are you?  Yay.....it is the weekend!  Today we are having another baby shower for Jenna at my sister-in-law Mary's house.  Looking forward to seeing everyone and having a great time!  I am so thankful that I am well and get to experience this with Jenna.  I must thank God a hundred times a day for healing me and making me stronger each day. I am enjoying each and every moment of this.   I will be taking lots of pictures today and will post some on Monday.

Yesterday I attended the surprise baby shower that Jenna's work hosted for her.  Boy was she surprised too!  I was hiding in a corner and got some great pictures of the look on her face when she realized what was happening.  We had a super time and Jenna was thrilled!  Thank you so much to Freida and all of Jenna's co-workers for the fun shower!  (This is what I was busy with yesterday and couldn't talk about.....didn't want Jenna finding out).
