5:30 UPDATE:  I never heard from my Dr. today.  That is really unusual too because his office is so good about calling me back.  I know God's timing is what is best. He is telling me not yet.  I should hope to hear from my Dr. on Monday.  Thanks for keeping me in your prayers!  Have a wonderful evening!

Good Friday morning!!!  In case you did not see yesterdays post,  my white cells are back in normal range.  My red cells and hemoglobin are still low.  I did not hear from Dr. McClays office yesterday afternoon so I expect to hear from them today.  I think he will release me back to work on Monday but I am waiting for the official word.  I will come back on here with an update as soon as I hear from them.  Hey Gina........I decided that you should pick the song.  One that is totally fun and upbeat.  Surprise me!  :)

Tomorrow is Jenna's next baby shower.  Looking forward to that.  I will take lots of pics again.  We went yesterday and saw baby Tyler in an ultrasound.  He is sideways right now.  The head is on the right side of her stomach and the feet are on the left side.  It is like he is in a cradle position.  So it doesn't look like he is ready to come out any time soon.  We actually saw his eyes opened too.  Really cool!  Jenna is hoping he will get himself back into head position soon.

I have a busy day ahead of me.  Can't talk about it now.  Will tell you more about that tomorrow.  Have a fantastic day!! Today is another gift and God is so Good!!  Thank you God for miracles!  Thank you so much for awesome family and friends!!

3:30 UPDATE:  My white cell count jumped and is well in range!!!  WooHoo!!  My red blood cells and hemoglobin are still low so I am waiting on Dr. McClay's office to see if I have the all clear to go back to work on Monday.  I think I will but I have to wait and see.  I will update if I hear from them this afternoon.  If not I will hear from them in the morning and I will update you then.  Thank you everyone for keeping me in your prayers!!!  I am happy dancing!!

Good morning!!

I am going into the hospital today for my blood work.  Thank you for keeping me in your prayers for my levels to be back to normal.  I started my 10 day run again of the white cell booster shots yesterday.  I will come back on here this afternoon with an update to my test results.

While I am there I am going to see my grandbaby Tyler in an ultrasound.  At least that makes the trip to the hospital more fun for me.  I also get to eat lunch with  Jenna and Mike too.

I sent out quite a few cards yesterday and have some more to send out today.  If you missed reading my post yesterday I am asking everyone to send a card to someone who really needs encouragement or just a thinking of you.  Thanks everyone for doing this.

Good morning!!  Don't you just love how cool the mornings have been?  I am loving it!  So nice to be able to open up the house and let the fresh cool air in!

I would like to congratulate our friends Randy and Shelli Lyon on the birth of their baby girl Emma!!  She was at Jenna's shower on Saturday and wasn't due for two more weeks.  Her water broke that evening and now they have their precious little girl.

I have been getting a lot of prayer requests lately and realized last night that it is time for all of us to send out some cards again.  So many people are going through so many things right now and could use a card of encouragement and support.  Even a card of just "thinking of you" or a simple "hello".  So the next time you are at a store pick one up and send it to someone who you know could use a pick me up right now.  Such a simple and easy gesture but one that means so much to the one that is receiving it.

Tomorrow I go into the hospital for my weekly blood test to see how my levels are.  My oncologist has ordered a little more extensive blood work this time.  Of course I am praying that all of my levels are back into a normal range.  It would be so nice not to have that on the back of my mind all of the time.  I am being more patient in the waiting because it is out of my control and totally in God's hands.  Could you also pray for a couple of minor side effect issues that I am still dealing with from having so much chemo?  Thanks so much!

Good morning!!  I have some pictures!!  This is Jenna at 36 weeks.  We are in the home stretch now!  She is doing well and feeling great!

Good Monday morning!!  How was your weekend??  I had a lot of pictures to show you from Jenna's baby shower on Saturday and Jenna at 36 weeks but our computer is acting up right now and it won't let us post them.  It won't even let us copy them to our thumb drive so we can post them from a different computer.  When Mike gets off of work today (which is around 8:00) he will look and see if he can fix the problem.  He is the computer genius in our family.  I have no idea on how to fix it.  Hopefully we will have the pics up tomorrow for you to see.

Jenna's 1st baby shower was awesome!!  A HUGE thank you to Cheryl Lyon, Cami Sturdevant and Christina Adamek for hosting such a fun shower!  We had a great time and it was so wonderful seeing all of you ladies that came!  We are so truly blessed by wonderful friends!  Jenna received so many nice things! Ooooohhhh baby stuff is soooo cute!  Thank you all so much!

I had happy tears because I was so grateful that I was healthy and strong enough to be there and enjoy each and every minute of it.  As a mom I am so appreciative and thankful for getting to watch my daughter go through this whole process.  What a miracle she is about to have!

My San Diego Chargers lost last night.  Bummer!  They got into their game a little too late last night.  At least they got to within a touchdown.  They are on a BYE this week.  Rest up boys.....you need to come back healthy and win the rest of your games!  :)

I don't have any Dr appointments this week!!  YAY!!  I still have to go to the hospital this Thursday for my bloodwork.  I love my Drs. but if I didn't have to see any of them for a long time that would be alright by me!  :)
