Good Thursday morning!!  How is your week going so far?  Did you all make that list of something you are thankful for?  This is day 4.....if you haven't started yet, go and get a piece of paper and number it from 1 - 30.  Each day this month write down something that you are thankful for.  Keep it somewhere that you can look at it often to remind you of God's many blessings in your life.

Jenna and I have been busy this week getting ready for our 4 day trip to her American Dietetic Association Conference.  Guess where we are flying to?  Boston, Massachusetts!!  Yep, Boston!!  We are taking Tyler with us.  We leave early Saturday morning and will be back on Tuesday.  We have never been before and are looking forward to the many things to see while there.  I have a few friends from Boston  that have given us some great tips on things to do, see and eat while we are there.  Please keep us in your prayers for a safe trip. 

I have some pictures of Tyler and Poppi putting together the red wagon we bought him for his birthday.  This first one he is helping pull it out of the box.

Angel Linda......the Buffalo Bills can have Shawne Merriman.  He has been injured lately more then he has played.  He was good when he first came to the Chargers but not so much lately.  I will miss him though.

Prayer requests: I received a request for a family that has a lot of stress when the holidays come.  They have asked for prayer that this year will be less stressful and that everyone in their family will put their differences aside and relax and enjoy it.  Also for a family that is going through some very difficult and painful things right now.  Pray that God will help them make the right decisions on what to do.   

Colossians 4 verse 2:  Don't be weary in prayer; keep at it; watch for God's answers and remember to be thankful when they come.

Thanksgiving question......mash potatos or stuffing or both?  We have both and I love both!  My sister-in-law Noni makes the best stuffing! 

Good Wednesday morning!  I had forgotten that I wanted to start this on November 1st and had so much going on I forgot.  But 2 days later is still not too late.  I wanted to challenge you this month to get a piece of paper and write down one thing each day that you are thankful for.  Some of you might be saying, "Oh Leslie".  But I really want you to do it and at the end of the month I want you to put it in a place that you can take it out from time to time and read it and remember all the blessings you have big and small.  Only 30 days this month.  C'mon....let's do it!  Okay....get that piece of paper and write 3 things to make up for the 2 days we missed.  This is one of the ways I would like us to celebrate Thanksgiving this year.

Prayer requests:  I have received a request from a woman who wants to remain anonymous but would like the prayer warriors here to pray for her strength, wisdom and guidance.  She has been in an abusive relationship and finally got the courage to get out and get some help.  Please pray for her to financially make it on her own.  The next few months will be tough. 

Psalms 107 verse 1:  Say "Thank you" to the Lord for being so good, for always being so loving and kind.

Good Tuesday morning!  Thank you God for the beginning of a new day!  Thank you for continuously blessing us all!  Today is election day.  Make sure you get out and vote.  This mornings blog is going to be a little short.  I am running late this morning.  This is going to be a busy week for me.

I forgot to tell you yesterday that my San Diego Chargers won on Sunday!  Woohoo!!  They will be in Texas this Sunday playing the Houston Texans.

Prayer requests:  For a family who is going through a tough time right now.  Pray that the difficult circumstances that they are going through will get better this week.  Thanks also for your continuous prayers for peace and comfort for our family.  We miss Bryan very much. Also remember to pray for all the families who have lost a loved one, that they will continuously feel comforted.  I appreciate all of you for praying.
