Good Monday morning!  Guess who is 8 months old today?  TYLER!!!  Time is just passing us by too fast.  Here he is sitting on Poppi and Nani's bed doing what he always does......smiling!  I have to say that we very much appreciate each and every minute with him.  I can't begin to tell you how blessed I feel to be here with him.  He is a huge joy!  Thank you God!  Thank you all for letting me share his growing up with you too.

 Tyler 74

How was your weekend?  We had a very nice weekend.  We saw Toy Story 3.  I know it is a kiddie movie but I just loved it!  I had tears at the end.  It is a really good movie.  I'd see it again.  You know I have to watch these movies so I can keep up with my little peeps at work.  The kids are always asking me if I have watched certain movies.  Gives me a great excuse to see them.  :)  Dinner out with my brother for his birthday was fun too.  We had a great time!  Tyler went swimming yesterday in the little pool we bought him.  He loved it!  Of course I got pictures.  I will share them this week.

Shelly O.....got your card.  Love it!  You are so talented and I love everyone you have made me!

Prayer requests:  My friend and co-worker Stacey has been in a S.D. hospital for 10 days with pancreatitis.  Please keep her in your prayers that she will start getting better soon and be fully healed.  She has a little boy at home that I know she is missing a lot and he is missing her.  We love you Stacey!!  Get better soon!!  Also my friend Lisa's mom is going home to be with God anytime now. She has lived a good, long life.   If you could please keep her and her whole family in your prayers for peace and comfort.

Psalms 150 verses 2 & 6:  Praise him for his mighty works.  Praise his unequaled greatness.  Let everything alive give praises to the Lord!  You praise him!  Hallelujah!  (That is the last chapter of Psalms and it was great sharing with you all the verses I have underlined in my bible.  I will have to think on what verses of the bible I will post next.)

Have a marvelous day everyone!  Today is another gift from God and He is so Good!  Make each day count.

Dark......white......or milk chocolate????  Or all of them????

Hello Leslie! WOW! We've had some wicked storms roll through the area...and more are on the way. In fact, some areas have had tornadoes...small ones, but still destructive. I've been praying and praying throughout them and praise God we haven't had it as bad as some areas. We've just had it way to hot and humid, the only way for the air to clear is through the terrible storms :( Sami & I went to see Toy Story 3 over the weekend...excellent movie...very touching too. We felt really privileged too...like we were being given a private screening because we were the only ones in the theater! Would highly recommend the movie to anyone who hasn't seen it. We're still getting all kinds of phone calls and requests for our story about Jeopardy! OhMyGoodness...who would've imagined that just the preliminaries would generate so much interest! We've had requests for our story for print from all over the place! Our local newspapers, our town's quarterly newsletter and even the online homeschooling forum we've been members of since (before) we formally started homeschooling! It's incredible. Guess that's what happens when you're in such a small town area! It's been fun, but never knew how time consuming it would be. Going to do a little scrapbooking today and cleaning up the 'classroom', because it won't be long and I'll have to start preparing my lessons for the coming school year. Question of the day: I love all chocolate!!! Dark...yep! Milk...absolutely! White...you bet, as a nice change of pace! Love it all! Hello...my name is Linda and I'm a chocoholic! hahahaha. Have a great day. Keep me posted on the foot/MRI results, ok? Love & Hugs, "Angel" Linda

My dearest Leslie: Haven't posted in a couple of days but I do keep up with what is going on in your life. Thanks for being so faithful and all the scripture verses that are so meaningful to you. Little Tyler is surely growing rapidly - thank you for sharing them w/me and everyone. You catch him in such interesting poses and he is ALWAYS smiling (Except when he is texting) My newest great-grandson came into this world last Friday @6:15am. His name is Jude Alexander and weighed in at 7lb 2 oz, 20 inches long. Bess (his mother) had gestational diabetes and he was getting so big that the doctors were concerned that he might not be able to deliver naturally and would have to go c-section. So they induced her about 3 weeks early. Yesterday the hospital discharged them and Will (dad), Bess and Jude came out for Sunday dinner. How soon we forget how small a newborn baby is. Those tiny little fingers and toes Little Faith could not understand why he wanted to sleep all the time but was facinated w/his little hands. What are your plans for the 4th? We are planning a cook-out and if all goes as planned, your dad & mom will be coming up after the morning worship service. What is you favorite - "cook-out" food? I think mine is the potato salad along w/the meat (no matter what it is). Have a great week! I love you dearly, Aunt Maryann
