Good Monday morning!  I don't know about you but the month of October just flew by.  I know that the next two months will too.  So much always going on this time of year for everyone.  It was a lot of fun handing out candy to the adorable little trick or treaters last night.  The weather was perfect!  Jenna made a delicious "fall" themed dinner last night too.

What a great weekend we had!  Saturday started off with the putting together of the little red wagon that Poppi and Nani bought Tyler for his birthday. I have some really cute pics to share with you later of that.  Poppi and Tyler had so much fun putting that together and going for a ride.  Then we had pumpkin carving time with Tyler.  He was all into it.  I have some pictures to share of that later too.  Then it was PARTY TIME!  Tyler's 1st birthday party was so much fun!  It was a costume party.  He had lots of family and friends sharing in his celebration.  Here are some pics from Tyler's birthday party......the first one is of Tyler enjoying his birthday cake.

This is a picture of some of Tyler's little buddies that came.....Peter Dale, Ernie Vargas, Tyler and Joaquin Jaime.  All of their parents went to high school together and a lot of their grandparents went to school together too.  Watch out comes the next generation!  Aren't they cute?

This is another one of Tyler's buddies........ Wyatt and his mom Tanya in the big jumping bouncy.  He is so cute too!

And a picture of Tyler with our friend Lisa Tucker having a great time in the bouncy.

Thanks to everyone who came to make it such a memorable birthday for Tyler.  He is elated with his new toys!   More pics tomorrow.

Prayer requests:  Continued prayer for little Samuel Lyndell who we have been praying for. He is 4 years old and is in a huge fight with cancer.  He basically has no immune system and is quarrantined and will be for awhile.  He spiked a fever again and was life flighted to a Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.  His last round of chemo has made him very sick.  Please keep him and his family in your prayers.  I know what the power of prayer can do and this family needs our prayers.  Please stop for a few seconds and pray.  Also for a few others who have been recently diagnosed with cancer.

2 Corinthians 1 verses 3 & 4:  What a wonderful God we have--he is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the source of every mercy, and the one who so wonderfully comforts and strengthens us in our hardships and trials.  And why does he do this?  So that when others are troubled, needing our sympathy and encouragement, we can pass on to them this same help and comfort God has given us.

Have a marvelous Monday everyone!  Make it a great week!  Today is another gift from God and He is so Good!

A marvelous Monday indeed! Yep, we are baaaaaaaack! Love the pictures; know everyone had a great time! We had an absolutely wonderful trip-a little tough driving back; arrived this morning about 3:30! UGH! We took Kasey and Cori to their first star party at the McDonald Observatory-WOW! I think Emily enjoyed it the most. Kasey and Cori also trick or treated in broad daylight-fun! Although my heart is full it is hurting-I know y'all will ponder that for a while or NOT! Alexa looks great and is so loved by the girls; 'Aunta' is the best! Check Facebook in a day or two and you will see some pictures. I love you Leslie and I BELIEVE-headed to bed. I am ready for a movie on the barn! Smiling at Y'all, Terrie O.

Well, we're home from Teen Youth group! Been a super busy day. Sami got her hair cut this afternoon & styled. She put pics on her FB page. It took an hour AND tons of hairspray to do the style she wanted! I have very little voice tonight, slowly been losing it all day. I really hate being sick! Thank goodness I've been on antibiotic...I'd hate to see the shape I'd be in without it. Tomorrow's another hectic day. I'm getting my hair cut in the late morning, then going out to lunch, trying to sneak in our homeschool lessons before Sami's dance tomorrow night at church. I did manage to make some headway on one of my 'projects' tonight - hope to wrap up some more on it tomorrow night. Just love the costume b/day pics...awesome. Looks like it was a blast! I appreciate the prayers for little Samuel. He's still in a Pittsburgh hospital...thankfully his fever broke during the night last night, but unfortunately this morning his counts were even lower! Down to 20. As you know anything under 1000 is dangerous. Blood cultures haven't shown anything...they're still searching for a reason. I'll keep you posted as I learn more. Sounds like you had a blast with trick-or-treaters too. We live just far enough out of town, that we don't get any it was a quiet night for us. Not much else new here. I'm beat, so going to curl up with "The Good Book" and read for a bit before heading off to sleep. Oh, before I go...yesterday at church, our Pastor was continuing his series on the life of Joseph from Genesis. Talk about a parallel in our lives! Man, oh Man! After I got home yesterday, I journaled it all out. It totally blew me away. I had talked to Pastor Rick after service about it (it could've actually been life he was speaking about!). After I journaled the whole thing out, I emailed him a copy of it. Tonight when I seen him, he was blown away too. He said I should've been up there giving the message. I told him it was only because of the way he presented it, that made me realize how similar things were. He still said, that I could/should share that message sometime. Oh Boy! Anyway, I saved the video link of the message in my FB email, so I can share it with others. I really gotta go. Talk to you tomorrow sometime. Have a great rest of the day. My love is with you always! "Angel" Linda
