Good Sunday Morning!  This is the day that the Lord has made.....let us rejoice and be glad in it.......I hope you are all having a great weekend!  I am still hanging in there and feeling pretty good.  The few changes that my Dr. made this round have made it go a lot better.  Of course your prayers are what get me through too.  Thanks so much!!

I had a hilarious time yesterday with Denise Rogers.  She picked me up and whisked me off to Alpine for food and shopping.  We met my sister up there too and we pretty much laughed the whole time.  You all know that if you ever go anywhere with Denise it is a guarantee of lots of laughter and right now that is the best medicine for me.  Thanks Denise for planning such a fun day.

I am so very blessed with the most awesome friends a girl could have.  You ALL take such good care of me.  I cannot begin to tell you all how much I appreciate that.  Seriously you have all gone that extra mile for me and have really stuck by my side through out this whole journey.  It has been a long one too but here you all are!!!  I have learned so much from my friends.  Thanks for constantly keeping me encouraged, uplifted, laughing, for loving me so much, for checking on me, for bringing by food....etc......the list goes on and on!  I thank God everyday for you!!!!!

Good Saturday morning!  First of all I would like to say that my heart, thoughts and prayers go out to the Townsel/Wilson family this morning as they are getting ready for the memorial service.  May you feel God's comforting arms around you and feel his peace.  This community loves you so much!

I had an awesome day yesterday!  Thanks for all of the fun yesterday afternoon Terrie!  It was perfect and  I had a great time!  Thank you Jessica for all the fun last night!  It was so good to see everyone and catch up and laugh so hard.  The food was great too!

Hope you all are having a good weekend so far.  I am off and about again today.  I am feeling well and so happy to be strong enough to do some things.  Thank you for your prayers!  That is what is getting me through.

Sooooo............What's for dinner tonight?????

Good morning!  It's Friday and the beginning of a three day weekend.  I know so many of you have lots of plans for the weekend and so does my family.  Just be careful and stay safe. 

I am doing well.  My energy level is still pretty good.......not totally sapped yet so I am able to do stuff around the house and go places.  I am still dealing with one side effect issue but other then that everything is good.  Mornings are the hardest for me but as the day goes on I seem to get much better.

Mike's ribs were fabulous last night and we had a fun dinner with the family.  I even made a cherry and an apple pie too.  So much food.......but so very good!

I want to wish my sweet sister-in-law Noni Cones a very "Happy Birthday" today!  I already know you have been having a fun birthday....have a great time this weekend too!

So tell me......has anyone been swimming yet?  Are you suppose to have good weather this weekend?

Good morning!  How is everyone today?  I am hanging in there and not doing too bad at all.  No complaints from me.  I forgot to mention yesterday that YAY.......I only have 9 more treatments left!  Now we are down to single digits!  I am now officially half way through this third round.  My prayer requests would be that my my blood levels stay up so I can finish this round of chemo and that the side effects won't be so bad.  That my body will hang in there and stay strong for the next 9 treatments.

So happy that Kris won American Idol last night.  I really thought that it was going to be Adam but like I said yesterday, I think all of the Danny votes went to Kris.  What a show last night!  I think we will be hearing from not only Kris and Adam again but I think Danny and Allison will have hit records too.  This was the best  end of the show talent I have seen in a while.

Just also want to remind you that if you are out to please buy a card and send it to someone this week who could use a laugh or a thinking of you or encouragement etc.....

Ooooooohhhhhh guess what's for dinner here tonight?  Mike's famous smoked ribs!  Yum!  Can't wait.  My hubby makes the best ribs!  The whole family comes to eat when he makes those!

Good Wednesday morning!  I am feeling a little sluggish this morning but other then that not too bad.  I slept pretty well last night too.  Thank God for good anti-nausea drugs!   I will be starting a new round of white cell booster shots on Monday.  Yep....the Dr. wants me to do them for another 10 days. But it is a good thing.  I like to be able to keep those counts up so I can go out and about.   Thank you so much for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers!  What a support you have been!

There is so much "stuff" going on right now with so many people who need to feel our love and support and encouragement and that we are thinking about them.  So will you all go out again and buy a card and send it to someone that you know could use a pick me up?  Send more then one if you can.  I can't begin to tell you how much that means to the person receiving it.  So next time you are at the grocery store, Wal-Mart or Target.......pick up a card or two and send them out.  Thanks!

Who will win American Idol tonight?  I think it is really anyones ball game.  I think Kris will get the Danny votes but in the end Adam will probably win.  Both did great last night.  Can't wait to see who it is tonight!  Come on you American Idol viewers.....give me your prediction.
