Good Friday morning!!  I am happy to report that Lola the dog is doing great.  She got a clean bill of health from the vet yesterday.  So far though she seems to be a very picky eater.  Will have to go to the store today and find some can food and see if that helps.  I need to put some weight on her.  She is my little buddy all day.  No matter where I go she follows and lays there until I move again.  So sweet!  An answer to my prayers.

I have a very full weekend planned!  Superbowl Sunday is coming up this Sunday!  We always go to my friends Cheryl and Lonnie's for a super bowl party and eat tons of food......you know the kind of food I am talking about......real healthy........yeah right!  I'll suck down enough calories to last me all week!  Okay so my super bowl pick is.....well I have a lot of good friends who are Steelers fans so don't be mad at me but it is ARIZONA ALL THE WAY!!!  Yep....I am going for the underdog.  Besides....the Steelers beat my Chargers......why would I root for them to win?   So go Cardinals!  Actually I don't really care......I am just there this year for the food and commercials!

I hope you all have a fabulous, fun Friday!  Please keep in prayer right now all of the people who have lost their jobs.  It is taking a toll on so many.  If you have a great job, be truly thankful!

God is Good!

Okay so tell me...I'm taking a poll........Arizona, Pittsburgh or food and commercials or none of the above???   What are you going to be watching for???

Glad to hear all is going well with Lola and that she got a clean bill of health from the vet! As for your poll...you know I'm no football fan, but do often watch the Super Bowl. I don't really watch for any reason in particular...often it's because there isn't anything else to watch that night! The commercials are cute...and as for the food, well you know that's a big NO-NO for me. I signed up for the Pound-For-Pound Challenge that's being run by Biggest Loser and Subway...so that's motivating me to keep on losing. Doing pretty good this week...a pound a day! Got some exciting news this morning...will have to email you all about it ;) Have a great rest of the day...talk with you soon. (((BIG ANGEL HUGS))) "Angel" Linda

Don't care about the game but I love the commercials and the half time event! We turn on the game and then do whatever we need to around the house and stop to watch the commercials or half time performance. We have a rabbit meeting that day so I don't know how much of it we will see. Well, last night we realized that our new baby kitten we have had since Thanksgiving time is a boy not a girl! Boy kittens are hard to tell sometimes because certain parts come out later on! So, Lizzy is now Louie!

The best dog food is Natural balance-according to all the research. All my professional dog people and myself are using it. Use lamb and rice until you know if she has allergies. It's at Petco by the mall. She is small so start with a 5 lb bag. All the really picky eaters eat it. Skip the canned food, spend your money on the dry food. Also since she is a new dog measure out her 1/2 cup per day and call her and hand feed her 2 pieces. Randomly all day long for the first week until her 1/2 cup is gone. She will think the food is heaven sent because you touched it. And she will learn her name and she will come when called and she will become a cling on. Love her pictures. But really Leslie with an inside dog?

Yay! I'm first today. Well, for the past nine years, my parents have hosted some pretty amazing Super Bowl parties. But, due to the economy, and the baby shower we're having to put on tomorrow, we are not having a Super Bowl party this year. :( I guess Shawn and I will have to take those on beginning next year. Yay! I think it would be cool if Arizona won, but I think that the Steelers are going to take it. With a pounding. I LOVE football, so I will be watching every minute of the game. But, those commercials sure are GREAT! And, Bruce Springsteen?!?! I just hope he shakes his tushy! We have a busy weekend, too. Baby shower, fights (BJ PENN VS. ST. PIERRE, football. Yay! Love ya!
