Good Saturday morning!  Thanks to everyone who did a "Happy Dance" with me yesterday!  Susy Davila....you were the first one.....that was a fun way to start off the day at school!  It was great of Jessica to provide the music!  lol  So, so thankful for moments like that!  I can't believe that it is already May 1st!  So happy to have the weekend off.  We are heading out in a little while to get Tyler's 6 month pictures done.  Looking forward to seeing how they turn out.  I have lots to do this weekend so I am sure that the time will fly by.

Thank you so much Ashley Gundy for yesterday!  That was great!

I would like to wish my cousin Claudette a very "Happy Birthday" today!  I also want to wish my nephew Scott a very "Happy Birthday" tomorrow.  Have a wonderful celebration!  Aunt Maryann.....can I come over for the Texas BBQ???  Oh I wish!  :)

Terrie O......have a great time in Texas with your beautiful granddaughter's!!

Brenda Grose......do you have an update on your dad?

Here is a picture of Tyler who had just woke up from a nap and was snuggling with his mommy.

Psalms 34 verse 1 &2:  I will praise the Lord no matter what happens.  I will constantly speak of his glories and grace.  I will boast of all his kindness to me.  Let all who are discouraged take heart.  Let us praise the Lord together, and exhalt his name.

Have a wonderfully fun and relaxing weekend!  Today is another gift from God and He is so Good!!  See you on Monday!!

What are you planning on having for dinner tonight?  What did you have for dinner last night?

Me again...talk about having 'brain freeze'!!! LOL. I was going to get on here first thing this morning, but got side-tracked!!! I wanted to let you know what happened with the Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation that was trying for the $250,000 Pepsi Refresh Everything Project. Voting ended last at midnight (4/30). The first 2 place projects would take home the grant money...well Kanzius Cancer Research took FIRST PLACE!!!! I was soooooo stoked! They've developed an alternative treatment for cancer that has NO side effects! By winning this prize, they'll be able to start human clinical trials sooooo much sooner! They're thinking by early next year! It's soooooo awesome. I know I put a plug in here for people to get out and vote...if anyone did, THANK YOU! Okay, time to calm back down now...hehehehe. Have a great weekend. Love YA!

Hey Leslie! Just had to say a huge THANK YOU for the lovely card you sent to Samantha. She was thrilled to get it and your words just soothed her so much :) We went to a friend's house today and helped her clean out her storage shed...lots of goodies in there. She sent it all home with us for a yard sale (we're hoping to pull together next Saturday), she told Samantha to sell of it she could and put the money away for her Jeopardy trip! Isn't that sweet? Everyone we know is so confident that Sami's not only going to do well in Philly but that she's going to make it to LA too!!! Sure hope so! It was beautiful here today...lots of sun (even got a little humid). Went out for dinner tonight (little cafe at the local specialty grocery store). They have lots of $6 meals (1 entree, 2 sides - all your choice), plus pizzas and subs. Then we grabbed a few groceries, came home and sat on the porch until I jumped on here...was just like a summer night out there. My incision's looking real good - the stitches are pulling quite a bit. It's been a loooooong time since I had stitches, so I guess I don't remember them pulling quite so much. Got church tomorrow and a couple of other errands - supposed to rain all day tomorrow too. Well, guess I've covered everything for now. Sami sends her love (and says 'thanks again' for the card). Love & Hugs! "Angel" Linda

Hi Leslie, I just want you to know how happy I was about your great news! I did a little happy dance too. Your daughter and grandson are so cute. Always enjoy seeing your pictures. The Psalms have been inspiring to me also. We had a roast and potatos last night for dinner. Probably leftovers for tonight. You have a good weekend.
