Good morning!  Here are the pictures I told you I would put up for Jenna's birthday.  Since she is VERY pregnant  and feeling big.......we decided it would be a fun idea to make her a princess for the day.  Here she is in her tiara and pin.  We had the table and place settings all decorated up for a princess too.  Lol...............it was so cute!  She was such a good sport about it all too.

Her most favorite cake in the world is german chocolate.  I make it for her every year.  Here she is getting ready to blow out the candles.

We ate a ton.  Mike and I always cook whatever they request.  We laughed a lot!  It turned out to be a very fun birthday for Jenna.  I am so thankful to be alive and healthy and to be here for all of the celebrations.  Thank you all so much for praying for me.  I can't ever forget what faithful prayer warriors you all are.

All I can say about the football game last night was "stinkin Chargers!"  Ugh!!  It was a good game though.  They play in Kansas City this Sunday.

Good morning!!  How was your weekend??  We had a wonderful weekend.  I thought that I would have some pictures up to share this morning, but I didn't have time to download them to the computer yet.  Will do that today and have them up tomorrow.

We had a lot of fun for Jenna's birthday yesterday!  I will tell you more about that when I have the pictures up tomorrow.  She is still feeling good and so ready to have little Tyler.  He still is not in head position yet though.  Will you please pray that he will turn soon?  We really would like to avoid a c-section.  I will keep you updated.

Thank you to Gina Cosio for giving little Tyler the cutest clothes from her little beautiful boy Ethan.  They are all so darling!

A new yogurt place opened up in the Valley Plaza in El Centro.  If you haven't been yet it is so good!  Our family went on Saturday and Sunday!  I think we have stumbled onto a good habit now.  It is called the Big Swirl.  Check it out if you live around here.

Tonight the San Diego Chargers play the Denver Broncos.  It is a MUST win.  So glad they are playing in San Diego!  GO CHARGERS!!!!!  Yes......I am wearing my jersey to school today!  Are you ready Stilwell??

Good Sunday morning!!!   This is the day that the Lord has made........let us rejoice and be glad in it!!

Good afternoon!!  How has your day been?  I had another good day.  I was pretty tired last night after work but am full of energy today.  I think it is a little of gaining some strength back and the red cell booster shot.  Today I have felt better then I have in about 10 months.  Praise God!  I love being back into a routine again and getting out of the house some.  Really makes you appreciate home and work so much more!

I have a couple of pics to show you.  Last night Pioneers Hospital had their annual fund raising gala and the theme was "All That Jazz".  Here is a picture of Mike and Jenna all decked out ready to serve.  Yes.....Jenna actually felt good enough to do that.

Here are the three Gilbert brothers (Bryan, Greg and Mike) looking great and ready to help with the event too.

They had a great time and the event was a success!

This Sunday is Jenna's birthday.  We are hosting a birthday dinner for her at our house.  I will take pics of the birthday girl who will be the big "25" and post them on Monday.  How can she be that old when I am only 35????  :)  Mike and I have a few surprises up our sleeves for the birthday girl.

Good morning!!  Yesterday was another great day at school.  I was tired by the end of the day but a "good" kind of tired.  I am slowly building up the muscles in my legs again which they really need.  It was a very long day for me yesterday though.  I went ahead after school and drove to the hospital to get my blood work done and get my red cell booster shot.  Well between getting my blood work......waiting for results......then getting my shot.....it took some time.  I would like to thank PMH pharmacist John Teague and nurse Ashley Valencia for all of your help yesterday.  Mike and I appreciated it so much!

Will you please pray that my hemoglobin and red cell levels will start to get better?  That is what is tiring me out a little more right now.  All my other levels are looking good.

My friend who had surgery yesterday is doing great!  Thank you so much for praying for her.  Alexa and Jake Willis (Terrie Olstowski's daughter and son-in-law) are doing okay too.  Please continue to keep them and their families in your prayers for comfort.

Did you ever get into trouble in grade school and had to get sent to the principals office???  If you did why did you go?   No I never did.....I was a little shy and never wanted to get into trouble.
